Zahir — Terms of Sale

These terms cover buying Zahir from Northlane Studio ("Northlane Studio", "we") at https://northlanestudio.dev/zahir/. Using the program is covered by the End User License Agreement.
1. What you buy
One licence key for Zahir, valid on up to 3 computers at a time, with the updates we publish for it. It is a single payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and you do not need an account.
2. Price and payment
The price and currency are the ones shown at checkout, with any taxes that apply. Payment is handled by Stripe, Inc.. We never see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
Your key appears on the page you return to after paying, and we send it to the email address you gave at checkout. With a delayed payment method such as cash vouchers, the key arrives once the payment clears. If it does not arrive, write to [email protected] with the email you used.
4. Refunds
If Zahir does not work for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. A refund or a chargeback revokes the key, and Zahir stops working on every computer the next time it can reach our server. This does not limit any mandatory right you have under your local consumer law.
5. Losing your key
Write to [email protected] from the email you used to buy and we will send it again or free your computers.
6. Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force when you bought. We will post any new version at https://northlanestudio.dev/legal/zahir/terms.html with a new date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and the courts of Mexico City, Mexico have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.
